Along the way there were a couple of things we needed to do, and we needed to hire a couple of contractors to do some of the work. Gina put me in touch with the professionals I needed, she has a vast resource of people she uses on regular basis, they were quick to get to my home and do the work for what I considered a very reasonable cost.Along with picking the right realtor it is also important that you step into the process of selling your home knowing the importance of also doing your part. Our part was to fill out and submit all the documents in a timely manner we also made our home available for all showings requested.The end result…we sold our home in a short amount of time.
